The Practice Instructor supports the training and onboarding of new nursing professionals by implementing practical training, organizing onboarding days, guiding trainees during nursing practice, planning and evaluating care needs, and scheduling internal and external trainees. The role requires completed nursing training, practice-instructor training with at least 300 teaching units, professional nursing experience, pedagogical competence, knowledge of German nursing regulations, and familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Outlook.
