Description
The Practice Instructor guides and supports nursing trainees in outpatient and inpatient care, plans practical instruction sessions, imparts nursing and medical specialist knowledge, collaborates with nursing schools and external training providers, and helps develop practical training. The role is released from regular registered-nurse duties, offers scheduled working hours without weekend shifts, and requires at least two years of professional experience in health or senior care plus an approved continuing education qualification as a practice instructor.
