The full-time Practice Instructor (HPA) plans, coordinates, designs, assesses, and documents practical training for trainees, interns, and new employees in hospital departments. The role also reviews applications, conducts interviews and exams, supports trainees, monitors training quality, contributes to deployment scheduling, and participates in continuing education. Applicants need completed vocational nursing training and further training as a practice instructor, along with communication, organizational, teamwork, and conflict-management skills.
