The Seniorenhaus Lerchenweg is hiring an additional Practice Instructor (male, female, or nursing specialist) for 40 hours per week at its residential facility in Mariendorf. The role plans and assigns trainees, provides practical instruction, monitors their work, conducts reflection meetings, cooperates with partner organizations, and develops future-oriented training concepts. Applicants need completed geriatric, health, or nursing-care training, documented practice-instructor training, and annual refresher training, along with empathy, reliability, teamwork, and a willingness to pursue further development.
