The role owns the Microsoft services portfolio, partner relationships, pricing and go-to-market strategies, forecasting and profitability, complex customer engagements, enablement, and the development of AI and advisory services. It requires senior Microsoft practice leadership experience, strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and partner programs, commercial expertise, and stakeholder-management skills.
