Harbor IT is hiring a remote Oil, Gas, and Energy Practice Lead who will report to the CRO and build a relationship-driven practice in the independent energy ecosystem. The role focuses on leveraging existing trust-based relationships to open doors, identify managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and strategy opportunities, shape the go-to-market approach, and carry a quota for net new recurring revenue. Candidates should have at least seven years of experience in the energy ecosystem, strong connections to independent producers and their service firms, and credibility in the community. The role is open but prefers Oklahoma City, Houston, or Denver with proximity to a major airport hub.
