Terracon is hiring a Practice Lead-Structural Engineer to lead structural engineering, remedial design, failure investigations, condition assessments, analytical studies, rehabilitation, specialty design, and shop-drawing preparation for steel and concrete infrastructure. The role supports projects throughout Texas, may include travel, and involves client development, proposal preparation, professional reporting, multidisciplinary team leadership, and mentoring junior staff. It requires a bachelor’s degree in building science or a related field plus 10+ years of facility assessment experience, or 14 years of related experience without a degree; a master’s degree is preferred.
