Toole Design is hiring one Practice Lead to lead its integrated transportation engineering and multimodal planning practice while remaining active on major projects. The role combines practice leadership, business development, project delivery, technical direction, staffing, quality control, and mentoring with transportation planning and engineering work. It is available in multiple offices, including Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, Oakland, Philadelphia, Portland, Raleigh, Seattle, and Silver Spring, and offers a hybrid schedule with in-office team days. Candidates need at least 15 years of experience in transportation engineering and multimodal planning, with a PE preferred; compensation ranges from $138,000 to $209,500 depending on PE status.
