Gibson Dunn is hiring a Practice Management Project Coordinator to provide administrative, project, and logistical support to its Practice Management team. Reporting to the Director of Practice Management, the role supports meetings and events, calendar and vendor coordination, reporting and data consolidation, technology and AI enablement, staffing and onboarding initiatives, and administrative tasks. The position is based in any U.S. office, is a global shared resource, and requires a bachelor’s degree plus 2–3 years of professional services or law-firm experience. Compensation is $95,000–$115,000 annually, with health care, retirement, paid time off, parental leave, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, and discretionary bonuses.
