Focus Partners Australia is seeking a Practice Manager to provide national leadership across Client Service and Paraplanning operations. The role owns workflow management, capacity planning, service delivery, quality oversight, performance reporting, governance, risk and compliance alignment, and continuous improvement across multiple locations. It requires 8+ years of experience in financial advice operations, paraplanning, client services, or business operations leadership, plus experience with XPLAN, Microsoft 365, multi-location team leadership, AFSL environments, workflow and capacity planning, operational improvement, and governance frameworks.
