Description
The Practice Manager oversees the daily operations of a medical office or clinic, including staff management, scheduling, patient census, budgeting, compliance, inventory, customer service, and clinic performance. The role leads and develops staff, coordinates front- and back-office operations, supports talent acquisition and performance management, and ensures adherence to healthcare regulations. A bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business, or a related field, plus 3–5 years of related work and staff management experience, is required; experience with office management, ophthalmic practice management, or electronic practice management systems is desirable. The salary range is $71,760–$83,000.
