Alight is hiring a Practice Manager to act as a working manager or manager of managers accountable for the overall performance of a Health & Retirement practice. The role owns end-to-end delivery across Operations and/or Technology, including client and stakeholder management, financial and productivity performance, resource and capacity planning, risk and quality management, and seamless client implementation transitions. It also leads coaching, performance, engagement, retention, and succession planning. The posting specifies a B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or ECE, or BCA plus MCA, and requires work authorization without visa sponsorship.
