BakerHostetler is hiring a Labor & Employment Practice Manager to join its newly established Practice Management department in New York. Reporting to the firmwide Director of Practice Management, the role partners with the Group Chair and Labor & Employment attorneys to develop strategic plans, analyze practice performance, manage budgets and staffing, oversee talent development, coordinate operational communications, and lead practice enablement and innovation projects. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in management, business, finance, law, or a related field, at least five years of progressive practice-management experience, and experience with advocacy-focused practices. The expected annual salary is $170,000–$200,000, with group health, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
