Berman Physical Therapy is hiring a full-time Operations Supervisor to report to the practice owner and manage the day-to-day operations of its Naples clinic. The role oversees Physical Therapists and administrative staff, monitors KPIs, develops processes and procedures, conducts performance reviews, manages employee scorecards, organizes events, and supports hiring and firing. Candidates should have at least two years of team-supervision experience, strong organizational and analytical skills, CRM and Google Drive experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The position is office-based in Naples, Florida, with a salary of $45,000 to $55,000 per year and paid time off.
