Humane Colorado is hiring a full-time Practice Manager to lead the non-medical operations and people leadership of its veterinary hospital at CSU Spur. The role manages staff, scheduling, performance, training, facilities, vendors, budgets, financial metrics, compliance, safety, and client service while supporting high-quality patient care and community access. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least three years of progressive leadership experience, with veterinary practice management, nonprofit or underserved-population experience, and bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred. The position offers a salary of $65,484-$75,000, medical, dental, and vision benefits, and 4x10-hour shifts.
