Description
The Practice Manager will oversee the efficient operation of a fast-paced dental office, lead and develop staff, maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and ADA regulations, support new-patient growth through marketing, and help achieve financial goals. The role requires at least two years of dental experience in a management role, computer and dental software proficiency, and annual OSHA, HIPAA, BLS, and infection-control training; a high school diploma with a college degree or equivalent is preferred.
