Description
Neuvera Brain Health Institute is hiring a Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of its outpatient clinic in Palo Alto. The role manages clinic workflows, patient scheduling, front-desk coordination, intake, insurance verification, billing, records, EMR workflows, staff scheduling and onboarding, vendors, supplies, and facility needs, while improving operational efficiency and supporting a positive patient experience. Candidates need at least five years of hands-on outpatient clinic or private-practice operations experience, along with scheduling, insurance, EMR, communication, billing, and multitasking skills; neurology, psychiatry, brain health, or related outpatient experience is preferred. The expected base salary is $90,000–$115,000 annually.
