Medicover is hiring a Practice Manager for its MVZ Saarbrücken practice, starting immediately. The role manages daily practice operations, leads and develops the non-physician team, schedules shifts and staffing, oversees reception and consultation processes, handles EBM and private billing, and coordinates quality, hygiene, data protection, fire safety, personnel acquisition, and external collaborations. Candidates need medical or commercial training, several years of practice or MVZ management experience, leadership and organizational skills, communication and conflict-resolution abilities, and proficiency with practice software and MS Office.
