The role manages professional and support staff, including subordinate supervisors; exercises hiring, firing, or promotion authority; improves workflows and processes; ensures regulatory compliance; supports budgeting and strategic initiatives; and monitors operational goals, productivity, quality outcomes, and efficiency. The position is a regular 40-hour-per-week employee role requiring a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, six years of progressive experience, and one year of management experience.
