Description
The Practice Manager oversees the daily operations of a veterinary hospital, managing veterinary and support staff, client service, purchasing, inventory, budget, and profitability. The role collaborates with regional operations and veterinary partners to grow the client base, improve patient and client satisfaction, develop staff, and maintain a positive hospital culture. A high school diploma is required, a bachelor’s degree is preferred, and 3–5 years of management experience is required, preferably in veterinary or hospitality. Microsoft software experience and occasional travel are also required or preferred.
