Description
The Practice Manager oversees the daily operations of a veterinary hospital, managing veterinary and support staff, purchasing, inventory, budgets, client service, and hospital profitability. The role collaborates with regional operations and veterinary partners to grow the client base, improve patient compliance, and maintain a positive culture. It requires a high school diploma, 3–5 years of management experience, Microsoft software proficiency, and the ability to occasionally travel; a bachelor’s degree and veterinary or hospitality experience are preferred. The salary is $28–$33 per hour.
