Description
The Practice Manager owns scaled GenAI delivery for data annotation, model evaluation, and AI training/localization work on a large enterprise account. The role manages delivery pods and TPMs and prompt engineers, owns quality and continuous improvement, partners with PIMO and FDE, handles people leadership and HR matters, forecasts utilization, supports commercial and client-facing work, and drives automation and governance. It is a permanent, fully remote position based out of Mississauga, Ontario, with a stated pay range of $125,000 to $180,000 per year.
