Tranquility Veterinary Clinic is hiring a full-time Practice Manager to lead and structure its veterinary team and oversee hospital operations. The role includes personnel management, hiring, training, scheduling, inventory management, coaching staff, and balancing business and employee needs. Candidates must have veterinary-setting management experience, experience with clinical HR functions, and the ability to learn the practice management system. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with Saturdays as needed, and the salary is $65,000 to $75,000 per year with a potential 15% performance-based annual bonus.
