Description
The Practice Manager will own the non-clinical operations of the Chelsea veterinary clinic, including leading Practice Hosts, managing staff, rotas, workflows, budgets, P&L, KPIs, costs, client experience, community relationships, membership uptake, marketing, health and safety, RCVS standards, and GDPR. The role is permanent and on-site, requires operational and commercial leadership with people and budget management experience, and offers annual leave, pension support, professional development, and career progression.
