Description
The Practice Manager will lead and oversee the practice operations of one or more Fair Haven Community Health Care locations, managing patient access teams, scheduling, staffing, workflow, compliance, and operational performance. Reporting to the Senior Practice Manager, the role supervises Patient Access Supervisors, Patient Access Leads, and Medical Template Specialists and uses scheduling systems, data insights, and process improvements to optimize access and patient flow. A bachelor's degree, at least three years of progressive management experience in a medical practice or integrated health system, healthcare operations knowledge, and Epic proficiency are required.
