The role includes diagnosing and treating patients, leading the speech therapy team, optimizing processes, coordinating treatment concepts, supporting personnel development, advising families, collaborating with other therapists, conducting training, and contributing to the practice’s strategic development. Candidates should have speech-therapy training or a comparable qualification, ideally prior team-leadership experience, and strong organizational, digital-documentation, leadership, and teamwork skills.
