The role manages one or more physician practices serving six or more providers and at least 10 employee full-time equivalents, overseeing staff and provider schedules, performance management, quality and compliance, supply chain, revenue cycle, financial reporting, budgeting, provider onboarding, and personnel functions. The position requires a high school diploma, four years of recent healthcare experience, two years of supervisory experience, and a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
