Life Balance Chiropractic is hiring a full-time Practice Manager (Integrator) in Poole, Dorset. The role combines hands-on front-desk/client service work with leadership of a growing team of 12 or more, operational management, budgeting and profitability oversight, KPI-driven execution, client experience improvement, cross-functional coordination, recruitment, coaching, and accountability. The position requires ideally 5+ years of team leadership and offers a £35,000–£40,000 base salary, performance bonus, discretionary profit share, and benefits including funded chiropractic care, life insurance, a healthcare cash plan, pension, and holiday allowance.
