Description
The Practice Manager, Palliative Care will oversee Ohio Hospice’s palliative care program, including referrals, scheduling, documentation, billing, coding, quality reporting, and operations. The role supervises Care Team Coordinators, coordinates with hospitals, facilities, provider groups, and Pure Healthcare, and uses clinical, operational, and patient-satisfaction data to improve care quality and population-health outcomes. The position requires at least five years of medical practice management experience, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, strong communication and computer skills, a valid driver’s license, and automobile insurance.
