State Street is hiring a Practice Manager–Technical Implementation Services to lead technical implementation engagements for Charles River Investment Management Solutions. The role defines client requirements, configures and guides solutions, manages technical consultant teams, supports pre-sales and proof-of-concept projects, designs and executes client training, and oversees staffing, performance, and project success. It requires a bachelor's degree in a technical field and eight years of progressively responsible client service experience in financial software services, along with advanced knowledge of integrations, enterprise software, SaaS delivery, and related technologies. The position is based in Burlington, Massachusetts, with up to 50% domestic travel and hybrid remote telecommuting permitted from within the United States.
