Amae Health is hiring a full-time, in-person Practice Operations Manager to lead operations for a clinic opening soon in Irvine, California. Working as a dyad partner to the Clinic Director, the role oversees clinic operations, clinical team performance, scheduling, regulatory compliance, vendor relationships, employee development, patient experience, and cross-functional KPIs. The position requires at least five years of operations experience in a high-growth or high-intensity environment, direct experience leading multidisciplinary in-person teams, and strong organizational and change-management skills; experience with severe mental illness or complex patient populations and a bachelor's degree are preferred. Compensation is $95,000–$115,000 per year plus a performance-based bonus opportunity, with medical, dental, and vision coverage.
