The Practice Operations Manager leads a dental implant practice by driving daily revenue pacing, coaching sales and dental staff, managing office operations and compliance, overseeing collections and accounts receivable/payable, and improving the patient experience. The role supervises Sales Consultants, Dental Assistants, and Lab Technicians and requires 3–5 years of leadership or sales-focused experience, with dental knowledge preferred. It offers a $65,000–$75,000 annual salary, full medical, dental, and vision benefits, and an in-office Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
