UW Health is hiring a full-time, day-shift Practice Plan Sr. Analyst for a hybrid role in Illinois or Wisconsin. The position oversees statistical and productivity reports, analyzes data, provides financial analytics and business intelligence, supports project management and committees, and develops visualizations and models for strategic planning and performance improvement. Applicants need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or four years of relevant financial analysis experience, plus five years of progressively advanced healthcare financial, planning, or analysis experience; a master's degree, Epic billing or Clarity certification, and CPC certification are preferred.
