Description
The Practice Resource Manager will provide strategic oversight of resource planning and allocation across a professional services practice, using project and resource data from Rapport3 to forecast capacity, identify delivery risks, monitor project performance, and support decision-making for Directors and project leads. The role also improves forecasting accuracy, utilisation, data quality, reporting, and operational effectiveness while collaborating with stakeholders and exploring process and technology improvements.
