Description
The Practice Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of an assigned ophthalmology clinic, managing clinical and non-clinical staff, coordinating patient flow and scheduling, supporting patient care and documentation, training team members, maintaining clinical protocols, improving clinic processes, troubleshooting equipment, and resolving patient concerns. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least three years of healthcare operations, analyst, or administrator experience; clinical ophthalmology technician experience and relevant certifications are preferred.
