UChicago Medicine Medical Group is hiring a full-time Practice Supervisor for its River East multi-specialty clinic. The role supervises clinical and administrative operations, schedules staff, ensures regulatory and HIPAA compliance, improves patient throughput and service quality, coordinates with physicians and practice leadership, and mentors subordinate staff. It is a 100% onsite, day-shift position in the greater Chicagoland area, requiring an associate degree in a related field, at least five years of healthcare and customer-service experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to use data for performance improvement.
