Description
CACI is seeking a Practice/Tech Manager to lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM agency deployments and transitions for federal civilian employees. The role manages deployment planning, readiness assessments, cutover execution, parallel runs, hypercare, knowledge transfer, data and integration migration, security configuration, stakeholder coordination, and delivery metrics across agencies of varying size. It is primarily remote with up to 10% travel, focused on the DC Metro area, and requires a bachelor's degree, 8 years of relevant experience, and a Public Trust clearance. The position is staffed on a contract and may not be filled immediately because it is contingent on funding.
