MetroEHS offers a structured, BACB-aligned practicum program designed to provide practical experience and mentorship for students pursuing a career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). The program includes guaranteed weekly paid indirect hours during Tier 2, offering students the chance to develop essential BCBA skills like assessment, program modification, supervision, data analysis, and report writing. Upon completing 800+ hours, students become eligible for a guaranteed employment offer. The program emphasizes interdisciplinary collaboration with occupational therapists, physical therapists, and speech-language pathologists, along with monthly mentorship sessions.
