MetroEHS offers a structured, BACB-aligned practicum program designed to provide practical mentorship and clinical experience for students pursuing a career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). The program includes guaranteed weekly paid indirect hours during Tier 2, offering students the chance to develop essential BCBA skills like assessment, program modification, supervision, data analysis, and report writing. Upon completing 800+ hours, students become eligible for a guaranteed employment offer. The program emphasizes interdisciplinary collaboration, ongoing supervision, and prepares students for independent BCBA practice.
