The Talentspring Academy Group is hiring a Praktikum Business Building & AI Automation intern to build and improve internal systems, processes, tools, data flows, and AI workflows for its growing sales and operations organization. The intern will analyze and automate marketing, sales, operations, and academy processes; develop internal applications and prototypes with AI and no-code tools; evaluate tools and unit economics; and support data-driven decision-making. The role is hybrid from the Berlin office and offers performance-based compensation with the possibility of continued employment.
