Description
Bramble Ski by Le Collectionist is hiring a Pre-arrival Concierge to manage bespoke guest journeys across its Alpine destinations. The role coordinates transfers, ski instruction, equipment rental, spa treatments, dining, childcare, and other extras; briefs resort teams; reconciles billing; maintains guest documentation; and supports content and marketing efforts. It is a four-and-a-half-hour contract for eight months from 1 September 2027 to 30 April 2027, or six months from 1 October 2026 to 30 April 2027, with rotating schedules and possible weekend work. Candidates need at least two years of luxury hospitality, concierge, or guest-relations experience, strong English, organisational and communication skills, CRM and itinerary-platform familiarity, and a valid EU passport, residence permit, visa, or Swiss citizenship.
