GCS is hiring for its Pre-Associate Programme, an entry-level consulting pathway for recent graduates or final-year students starting from August 2026. The programme begins with a four-week placement on live strategy and commercial due diligence projects, followed by possible extension and a potential transition to a full-time Associate role. Candidates must have graduated or be in their final year of an undergraduate or postgraduate degree, be available for full-time work, and have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship. The role involves case-team work, primary research, market and competitor analysis, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and structured consulting deliverables.
