Description
The Prior Authorization Specialist will handle complex prior authorizations for radiology imaging services, secure approvals from commercial and government payers, resolve authorization issues, coordinate with referring providers, analyze denial trends, and support billing, denial management, workflow improvement, and compliance. The role requires 2–3 years of medical-field experience, knowledge of payer policies and authorization workflows, and experience with EHR, RIS, and payer portals. It is full-time and 100% in-office in Englewood, Colorado, with a possible hybrid schedule based on performance, and pays $20.00–$24.00 per hour.
