Description
Unispace Life Sciences is hiring an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to lead end-to-end pre-construction and bid delivery for CAT A and CAT B commercial and laboratory fit-out projects, mainly under JCT Design & Build 2024. The role owns bids from enquiry through contract award, coordinating estimating, design management, MEP services, procurement, consultant input, value engineering, tender interviews, and commercial negotiations, while ensuring bids are commercially sound, buildable, and handed over clearly to delivery teams.
