The role coordinates Real Estate, Design Engineering, Due Diligence, and other partner teams; performs constructability and build-phasing reviews; evaluates bids and proposals; manages general contractors and third-party vendors; defines construction scopes; and prepares handoff documentation. The position requires a bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or a related field, practical construction experience, and familiarity with data center equipment and power systems. It requires 25% travel and offers base salaries of $111,300 to $186,100 annually in Dallas, Texas, and Seattle, Washington, with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
