Description
Fluidstack is hiring a Pre-Construction Manager to lead pre-construction for large-scale GPU data center projects. The role connects real estate, design engineering, procurement, and construction; conducts constructability and site evaluations; develops scope packages and RFPs; manages general contractor pre-construction services and negotiations; performs construction cost analysis through GMP; and prepares handoff packages for construction managers. The position requires experience with large-scale data center, industrial, or mission-critical projects, high-density power and liquid cooling, regional project-team leadership, and 20–30% site travel.
