The role manages estimating, budgets, schedules, logistics, procurement, risk analysis, constructability reviews, subcontractor solicitation, value engineering, client coordination, proposals, and the handoff to construction teams. It requires a minimum of seven years of relevant experience, strong leadership and analytical skills, and the ability to work in both office and active construction-site environments.
