Description
Rising Edge Group is hiring a Preconstruction Manager to lead the preconstruction phase of high-voltage electrical and utility construction projects, from initial conception through construction kickoff. The role develops project budgets, schedules, strategies, and risk mitigation plans; coordinates design teams, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers; supports bidding, contract negotiations, reporting, and business development; and travels throughout North America approximately 20% of the time. Candidates need at least 10 years of relevant experience, a bachelor's degree in a related field, strong project management, leadership, communication, negotiation, estimating, scheduling, contract interpretation, and engineering drawing interpretation skills.
