Description
Rosendin is hiring a Pre-Construction Manager to lead major electrical construction pursuits and projects, develop business with new and existing customers, coordinate with prime clients and architects/engineers, oversee pricing quotations, and manage contract financial performance. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related discipline, at least five years of construction industry experience (electrical contracting preferred), knowledge of construction technology and scheduling, familiarity with design-build, design-assist, IPD, Lean, and LEED concepts, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Oracle is preferred. Travel is expected to be 10–25%, and the position includes medical, dental, and vision insurance.
