Description
Industrial Power Solutions is hiring a Pre-Construction Project Manager to lead estimating and pre-construction activities for industrial electrical projects. The role covers conceptual budgeting through final bid submission, quantity takeoffs, labor and material estimates, subcontractor evaluations, drawing and specification reviews, pre-bid and estimate reconciliation meetings, vendor and subcontractor negotiations, RFIs, budgets, value engineering, preliminary schedules, and project startup coordination. The position requires at least five years of industrial electrical estimating or pre-construction experience, knowledge of industrial electrical systems, proficiency with Microsoft Office and estimating software, and the ability to travel to project sites, client meetings, and vendor locations.
